Experimental method

 
  • Prepare 400 mL of a potassium permanganate aqueous solution, whose molar concentration equals 1,0.10 mol.L - 1.
  • Now make 15 daughter solutions in 15 flasks containing 100 mL, by taking out of the parent solution :
    • flask 1 : 75 mL
    • flask 2 : 50 mL
    • flask 3 : 40 mL
    • flask 4 : 35 mL
    • flask 5 : 30 mL
    • flask 6 : 25 mL
    • flask 7 : 20 mL
    • flask 8 : 15 mL
    • flask 9 : 10 mL
    • flask 10 : 8 mL
    • flask 11 : 6 mL
    • flask 12 : 5 mL
    • flask 13 : 4 mL
    • flask 14 : 3 mL
    • flask 15 : 2 mL
  • Add distilled water up to the gauge line in each flask.
